Eligibility

Account Registration

One account per player. Registration must use accurate personal details. Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity is a breach of these Terms resulting in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Identity Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Required documents are a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address dated within three months. Under AML/CTF reforms effective March 2026, accounts reaching AUD 5,000 in cumulative transaction volume are subject to enhanced CDD review. See https://www.austrac.gov.au.

Deposits

Since 11 June 2024, Australian law prohibits credit card payments for online gambling. Australian banks block such transactions automatically. Accepted alternatives include cryptocurrency, PayID, and Neosurf vouchers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and no active bonus wagering requirements unless the bonus is forfeited. Processing timelines vary by method and are set out in the Withdrawal Policy.

Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers carry specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible game lists, time limits, and maximum cashout caps. The platform reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice. Bonus abuse will result in cancellation and account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited activities include multi-accounting, use of bots or automated software, exploiting software errors, player collusion, and use of the platform in connection with money laundering or financial crime. Violations result in immediate suspension.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the offshore jurisdiction under which the platform holds its gaming licence. Australian consumer protection law does not apply.

Amendments

The platform may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
